Our History

Seeing the improvements made possible with HAPPY’s Housing software, a group of clients asked HAPPY for a better way to manage their Residential Rehabilitation programs. So, we custom-built a Rehab system for a local Agency to use. After working with them to better understand the program, we branched out to other clients who further helped with the development and advancement of our Rehab Pro product.

In 2014, we decided to re-engineer our product for use in the Cloud. Now available nationwide, Rehab Pro Direct has a dedicated HAPPY team located in Boston, MA. Our team works directly with Rehab Specialists to develop the best and only cloud-based solution for administering and reporting on all types of Residential Rehab programs.
